The project includes paved streets with road signs and horizontal markings, paved and lit pedestrian paths, storm drainage, and communications ductwork. Each plot boundary will have an electricity connection with a distribution panel, municipal water supply, centralized sewerage, and a gas connection.

Piņķi has municipal and international educational institutions, and the municipality has built sections of the Rīga–Babīte–Piņķi cycling infrastructure.

The reservation fee, per the preliminary agreement template, is 10% of the total price including VAT. Centralized sewerage is initially planned for the first 20 registered connections, subject to the utility provider's procedure and network capacity. The plot's address and estimated area may be adjusted after subdivision and final surveying.
