Historical heritage and modern comfort in the heart of Mežaparks

StokholmasHAUS 26 is a unique residential project in the historic Mežaparks, where the architectural identity of the buildings has been carefully preserved and combined with modern comfort, thoughtful design, and high-quality materials.

The area of more than 2800 m² includes two club-type residential buildings and a commercial building. The project has only 8 apartments in total, creating a private and peaceful living environment. Currently, 4 apartments in the first building are available for sale.

Apartments

The areas of the apartments currently for sale range from 36.2 to 97.8 m². Each apartment has been designed with a thoughtful and functional layout, paying special attention to the sense of space, natural lighting and everyday comfort.

Three apartments are offered with full finishing, two of which are fully furnished and equipped down to the last detail - ready to move in.

The first floor apartment is offered unfurnished and with an adjacent private green area, giving the new owner the opportunity to design the interior according to their wishes.

Architecture with character

The architecture of Stockholm's HAUS 26 combines historical heritage with expressive Bauhaus aesthetics and modern technical solutions. The project concept preserves the authentic character of the buildings while creating a high-quality and modern living environment.

Renovation, construction and interior solutions were implemented by the creative workshop DOM InterjeraStudija in collaboration with the construction company "Brīdis" - professionals with more than 25 years of experience in Latvia and abroad.

Special attention has been paid to details and the quality of materials. The project uses high-quality wooden windows, doors and floors, while the architectural, interior and technical solutions have been thought out down to the smallest detail.

The quality of the project has also been assessed professionally – StokholmasHAUS 26 has received an award in the "Latvian Construction Industry Annual Award 2024" competition.

Privacy, security and comfort

The closed and landscaped territory is designed to provide privacy and comfort to residents. There is 24-hour video surveillance around the perimeter of the territory and in the entrance areas.

Special attention has also been paid to the atmosphere and design in the common areas – the thoughtful aesthetics of the entrance area continue the overall architectural and interior concept of the project.

For the convenience of residents, the territory includes an electric car charging station, bicycle storage, waste sorting area, and a children's playground.

Additionally, it is possible to purchase an above-ground parking space in a closed courtyard and a storage room.

Life in the historic Mežaparks

Stockholm HAUS 26 is located in one of the most prestigious and greenest neighborhoods of Riga – the historic Mežaparks. It is an environment where proximity to the city combines with silence, architecture and nature.
